Develop A Business Plan
Design your business in the form of a business plan.
A great way to start is to create a Lean Canvas. This is a table that summarizes the key elements of your business in the form of a high level business plan. A Lean Canvas is a great basis from which to develop a detailed Business Plan later.

A Lean Canvas will help you:
-
Think more deeply about your customers' problems.
-
Prepare your thinking to develop a marketing plan.
-
Model business revenue and costs.
-
Write your detailed business plan.

Rework Your Business Plan, If Needed
From the feedback you've received, is there anything you can do to improve your Lean Canvas, your business plan or your original business idea?

Refine your Lean Canvas.

If your changes are major, go back and test your plan again.
Is Your Business Plan Sound?
Make a conscious decision about your Business Plan as described in the Lean Canvas.

If your plan hasn't been well received by your audience, decide if it's poorly described, or if your business vision is just not strong enough to invest time and money in.

Quitting now leaves you ample energy to try something else.

If you choose to continue, go to Business Metrics, the next Framework stage, where you decide on how to measure success.
